At the March 14th meeting, Dr. Gregg presented excerpts from his new book A.B.L.E. to Lead in 90 Days. Dr. Gregg identified four steps to lead with confidence as an Administrative Professional. This presentation was designed to help Council participants discover a simple strategy to transform their approach to leading. Based on Dr. Gregg’s book, each person explored the A.B.L.E. formula for leadership:

Council members learned that leadership isn’t about titles, positions of prestige but one of service, listening, studying and constantly adapting to achieve goals.
