At the October 26th meeting, Dale Dooley from Source4 presented the company’s holiday gift selections for 2007. We want to thank Source4 for their generosity in presenting a generous selection of these gifts to the Council members.
Several interesting locations in the Madison, GA area were discussed…including the James Madison Inn & Conference Center, the Farmhouse Inn at Hundred Acre Farm, the Madison Oaks Inn & Gardens (a beautifully restored 1905 Greek Revival mansion) and the Brady Inn Bed and Breakfast.
The GCUA Editor’s Style Guide has been produced for internal purposes. The Council members were given a copy of the Style Guide for information purposes.
A pre-announcement of the “Georgia Credit Unions Are Cookin’ ” cookbook was discussed. Recipes will be solicited for the cookbook in late 2007 and production is expected to be completed by late February, 2008. All proceeds will go to Children’s Miracle Network.
