The June meeting focused on the GCUA and the state support organizations' structure. This topic was requested by the members to clarify the primary business activities of each of the subsidiary organizations and how they are organized.
Guest speaker, T.C. Frandsen from Xerox Corporation, reviewed scanning options currently being offered and the importance of scanning documents as part of an overall disaster recovery plan.
The next meeting of the Georgia CU Office Administration Council is planned for September 14, 2007.
