The first statewide meeting of the Georgia CU Office Administration Council was held on July 15th with 17 individuals from 13 Georgia credit unions in attendance. The mission of the GCUOAC is "to inspire and equip Georgia credit union office administration professionals to attain excellence in the way of education, group purchasing opportunities, best practices sharing and networking." The agenda focused on producing a mission statement, discussion of what the members hoped to obtain from the Council, frequency of meetings, possible locations for future meetings, and future topic areas.
Future meetings will be held on a quarterly basis, with articles of interest and office administration updates posted on this website.
